Safety & Policies

If preferred (optional), during each in-person treatment, I will have a mask worn.  

Ample time is spent in-between appointments to practice effective hand hygiene, thoroughly clean and sanitize work spaces, bathroom, and equipment, before and after each client. 

Hand sanitizer, tissues, and bathroom will be provided for clients as necessary. 

Planning Your Visit

Due to the space of my healing sanctuary, please do not bring any guests. 

If you, or anyone you've been in contact with, has shown symptoms of COVID-19, I kindly ask you schedule a distance treatment or book your in-person treatment no earlier than 14 days out. 

Please limit the number of items you bring in with you to only the necessities. 

Booking Appointments

Due to availability and scheduling, please do not book more than one month in advance. 

Full payment is required within 1 hour of booking to hold your service appointment. All payments to Zelle: zenlightreiki444@gmail.com 310.869.0931 or Venmo: @ZenLightReiki. Credit/debit card, cash, or checks will not be accepted. Unpaid service appointments will be subject to cancellation to free up availability for other clients. 

Cancellation/"No Show" Policy

Half of the scheduled service fee will be forfeited for no-show and cancellation with less than 24-hour notice for all Reiki treatments and Reiki classes.

No refunds, only credits. When you are choosing not to show up, you are taking a spot of a person who might be in a great need of healing.
